Terms of Service

1. The Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you" or "Customer") and Khaledagency LLC ("Khaledagency", "we", or "us") governing your use of our platform and services.

By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Eligibility & Account

To use the platform you must:

• Be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract.
• Provide accurate, current account and business information.
• Complete identity verification (KYC) where required for funding and wallet features.
• Keep your credentials secure and responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Our Services

Khaledagency provides a SaaS platform for Meta ad account funding, business manager management, wallet automation, reseller operations, and related agency services. Specific features and availability may vary by plan and region.

Ad account funding and wallet balances are operational credits for the platform, not deposits or financial instruments. We reserve the right to adjust, pause, or refuse funding based on risk and compliance reviews.

4. Wallet & Funding

When using wallet and recharge features:

• Wallet balances represent pre-funded credit usable for platform services.
• Recharge requests may require approval and KYC verification before activation.
• Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method or wallet credit.
• Negative balances, chargebacks, or disputed payments may suspend funding until resolved.

5. Meta & Third-Party Access

When you connect Meta Business Managers or ad accounts, you grant us limited authority to manage them as you direct. You remain responsible for compliance with Meta's Advertising Policies, Business Tools Terms, and applicable laws.

We are not responsible for Meta-side actions including account suspension, policy enforcement, or billing changes by Meta. You must maintain valid authorization for any account you connect.

6. Reseller Program

Resellers may refer customers and earn commissions under the published reseller terms. Commissions are paid according to the active plan and may be adjusted for fraud, refunds, or chargebacks. Resellers are responsible for their own tax and regulatory obligations.

7. Fees & Billing

Fees, funding rates, and commissions are published on the platform or your agreement. You authorize us to charge approved amounts for funding, top-ups, and plan fees. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a funding transaction is executed.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or sanctioned-party activity.
• Connect ad accounts or business managers you are not authorized to manage.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
• Share or resell access without an active reseller agreement.
• Violate Meta, payment provider, or applicable laws and regulations.

9. KYC & Compliance

We may require identity verification, business documents, or additional information before activating funding or wallet features. You agree to provide truthful documents and cooperate with compliance reviews. We may suspend services if verification fails or risk indicators are present.

10. Intellectual Property

The platform, branding, and content are owned by Khaledagency or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your authorized business activity. You retain ownership of the data and ad accounts you connect.

11. Disclaimers & Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific ad performance results, or that funding will always be approved. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties are disclaimed.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Khaledagency's total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for Meta-side actions affecting your ad accounts.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Khaledagency harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your ad activity, your data, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Suspension & Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, fraud, compliance failures, or breach of these Terms. Upon termination, outstanding balances become immediately due and we may retain records as required by law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our services or legal requirements change. We will notify you of material changes through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Khaledagency LLC's place of formation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We will try to resolve disputes informally. If that fails, disputes will be resolved in the courts of our home jurisdiction.
